30, 60 or 90-minute sessions. Treatment may complement other forms of health care, such as physical therapy and chiropractic.

Swedish Massage: This systematic massage will help to increase blood and lymph circulation, ease muscle tension, promote relaxation, reduce stress, and maintain overall health.
Sports Massage: Various massage techniques and stretches are used to increase range of motion, help achieve maximum muscle performance and recovery, and to reduce possible injury. Great for athletes before, during and after an event, as well as for maintenance. Sports massage is not limited to athletes; anyone who is physically active will benefit.
Therapeutic Massage: Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release Techniques are used to help relieve chronic muscular pain and tension, and improve circulation and joint range of motion.
Restorative Massage: Gentle massage using slow movements and light pressure are offered to individuals who are homebound, disabled, require special needs, or simply prefer a more delicate touch.
Rates (a required 7% NJ State sales tax will be added):
30-minute session ~ $45 (only available for at least two people on the same visit)
60-minute session ~ $85
90-minute session ~ $125

Manual pressure applied to specific reflex points that correspond to internal organs and other areas of the body; helps to reduce stress and assist healing in affected areas
* All clients will complete a medical history form prior to their first massage.
Please let us know if you are pregnant so that we may refer you to a therapist trained and certified in prenatal massage.
* Tax is waived with a physician's prescription for massage therapy.
* Minors must be accompanied by or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
* Refunds will not be issued, but may be applied toward another massage or gift certificate.
