LEARN TO SAVE LIVES with an American Heart Association life saving course! With the skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), you can have the opportunity to save someone's life. Does your job or workplace require you to have these skills? Are you expectant parents or grandparents? Maybe you're an experienced mom or dad, babysitter, teacher, or sibling in need of training in case of an emergency. Whatever your reason, our classes will provide you with all of the necessary information. We offer a variety of courses to suit your needs.
Courses consist of a video presentation, instructor review, and hands-on skills practice. Participants must register and pay in advance in order to receive a student book and CD. Course completion cards are valid for two years. If certification is required for your profession, please consult with your employer to ensure you choose the right class.
Our trainers are experienced and certified BLS (Basic Life Support) Instructors who have successfully completed training that meets the curriculum of the American Heart Association. Our flexible scheduling options allow for weekday, evening, and weekend classes. You supply the space and chairs (and DVD-compatible audio-visual equipment if available), and we'll do the rest. All courses may be customized to suit your needs, and we always use latex-free materials!
* A $35 travel charge may apply to destinations more than 20 miles one way from our location in Ringwood, NJ.
